Dr. Buffi uses musculoskeletal modeling and computer simulations to understand the complex dynamic processes that allow the human body to successfully and safely complete extreme musculoskeletal tasks, such as throwing baseballs 100 mph. His methods are the next generation in the biomechanical analysis of human motion. His research will allow athletes to minimize injury risk while pushing the limits of human performance.
